Born in Washington D.C., Damon has lived and worked in retail in such cities as Amsterdam, London, New York, and now resides in Milan.
With a degree in Clothing, Textiles, and Fashion Design he has always been intrigued with everything related to the fashion industry (from the branding standpoint, to the design studios, to the retail outlets).
His professional work experience includes working in Retail Management for such companies as Country Road, Coach Leatherware, Polo Ralph Lauren, Theory, and BOBLBE.E of Sweden.
He has also worked as a manager and brand consultant for Flute Champagne, and The Soho Grand Hotel in New York City. While working for LeBook Damon perfected his skills as a brand consultant.
He would often fly between NY, Paris, and London to meet with clients and develop strategies to improve the product that LeBook had created to help disperse vital information needed for the creative industry.
